Download & Start

2. Open the downloaded file (HelpFromEric) — it's usually in your Downloads or shows at the bottom of Chrome.
3. If Windows warns you, click More info → Run anyway.
4. When a window asks for permission, click Yes.
5. Wait about a minute, then call Eric — he'll take it from here.

This lets Eric (and only Eric) connect to help you. Nothing else changes on your computer.
